Exciting Projects: As a Project Coordinator , you’ll play a key role in supporting our engineering and project teams. Starting with drafting responsibilities, this role is designed to grow into broader project management opportunities as you gain experience. Produce accurate drawings using AutoCAD and other design tools.

Support design and engineering teams by preparing layouts, schematics, and technical documentation. Collaborate with panel technicians, estimators,



and project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements. Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate design changes and updates.

Maintain organized files and drawing records in accordance with company standards. Participate in project meetings, gaining exposure to project planning and controls. Develop skills to transition into project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination.

A Diploma in Engineering Technology, Drafting/Design, or a related field. ~1 -3 years of experience in a drafting position, preferably in an industrial workplace. ~ AutoCAD proficiency (experience in electrical or mechanical drafting is an asset). ~ Eagerness to learn and grow into project management responsibilities. ~ We offer an hourly wage in the range of $24.00 – $28.00 per hour , commensurate with skills and experience.
