Weareseekinga ProjectManagertooverseethesuccessfulimplementationofcritical projects.The firstmajorinitiativewillbethe deploymentoftheKoerberWarehouseManagementSystem(WMS)at our Canadian HUB of St-Perpétue , Québec.Thisrolerequires frequenttraveltoourlocationstoensureseamlessexecutionandeffectivestakeholderengagement.

KeyResponsibilities

- GeneralProjectOversight
- Lead multiplesupplychainandoperationalprojects,ensuringtheymeetobjectives,timelines,andbudgets.
- Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstodrive processoptimizationandoperationalefficiency.
- Oversee end-to-endimplementationof KoerberWMS,ensuringsmoothintegrationwithexistingsystems.
- Coordinate systemconfiguration,testing,anddeployment.
- Conduct changemanagementstrategiestosupportadoption,including trainingsessionsforemployees.
- Vendor&StakeholderManagement;
- Actasthe primaryliaisonbetweeninternalteams of HUB and PGW project leadership.




- Facilitate milestonetrackingwith internal softwareproviders.
- Ensure clearcommunicationandalignmentbetweenIT,operations,andsupplychainteams.
- Travel&On-SiteExecution;
- Frequenttravelrequiredtodifferentwarehousesitesfor hands-onprojectmanagement.
- Conduct on-siteassessmentstotroubleshootchallengesandimplementbestpractices.
- Engagedirectlywithteamstoprovide real-timesupportduringrolloutphases.

Qualifications&Skills;
- Provenexperienceprojectmanagement,preferablyin WMSimplementations.
- Strongknowledgeof warehouseoperations,inventorymanagement,andlogistics.
- Abilityto managemultiplestakeholdersanddriveresultsina rapid-pacedenvironment.
- Willingnessto travelfrequentlybasedonprojectrequirements.
