Tasks and Responsibilities

Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :

- Plan, coordinate and track team initiatives;
- Support stakeholders in the implementation of the on-call management process;
- Coordinate stakeholders involved in ITSM activities and business processes;
- Keep track of timelines, risks, dependencies, and issues;
- Facilitate workshops and coordination meetings;
- Support the continuous improvement of processes related to incident management;
- Collaborate on the evolution and integration of processes within ServiceNow;
- Encourage adherence to new working practices;
- Contribute to the identification and proactive resolution of operational issues.

Desired Profile

The profile you are looking for is as follows: 7 to 10 years of experience in similar IT project management roles;




- Have significant experience in application or operational support in production;
- Master ITSM processes, incident management and IT operations;
- Have experience in Agile environments, ideally in a Secure context;
- Know project management methodologies;
- Understand PMBOK principles and best practices;
- Carry out projects to operationalize or support critical systems;
- Demonstrate excellent communication, facilitation and coordination skills;
- Use ServiceNow in an operational or process management context;
- Have experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach;
- Understand on-call management processes and 24/7 support environments;
- Participate in change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
