Project Manager/Business Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to support technology initiatives within financial services and enterprise IT environments. This role will manage Agile delivery, gather business requirements, coordinate development teams, and serve as a key liaison between business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Agile ceremonies, coordinate development activities, and track project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Gather and document business requirements, develop user stories, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to communicate status, manage expectations, and drive delivery.
- Support internal applications, financial systems, and regulatory reporting initiatives.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting using Jira, Confluence, Clarity, or similar tools.
- Identify risks and issues, recommend solutions, and drive resolution.
- Use SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools to support requirements, troubleshooting, and reporting.




- Leverage approved AI and automation tools to improve delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in banking, financial services technology, or a related enterprise environment.
- Robust Project Management and Business Analysis experience, preferably supporting financial or regulatory functions.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Rally, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Experience with project management tools such as Clarity or Microsoft Project.
- Strong requirements gathering, UAT, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting geographically distributed teams.
- Working knowledge of financial and regulatory reporting.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of financial products, hedging, derivatives, or regulatory reporting.
- Familiarity with financial systems, cloud reporting platforms, budgeting, or AI tools.
