Join to apply for the Project Manager – Technology Projects role at Pomerleau Join to apply for the Project Manager – Technology Projects role at Pomerleau Manage projects from design to deployment across the company: define project scope and objectives, keep schedules up to date, monitor progress, and handle all related project management tasks. Promote and drive adoption of deployed projects nationwide. Develop deployment strategies tailored to the target audiences of each project and work closely with other stakeholders such as communications, change management, and training teams (and others as needed).

Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams composed of experienced project managers and subject matter experts. Present project results to strategic leadership teams. Define and monitor performance indicators for each project.

Field reality: validate and ensure alignment of ongoing projects with end-user needs and make necessary adjustments. Master the various project management tools required to advance your projects (JIRA, Office Suite). At least 3 years of project management experience (technology and/or construction).

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong stress management skills.



Robust proficiency with Office Suite software. Excellent communicator, versatile, curious, persistent, rigorous, and eager to actively participate in various business transformation projects.

Assets

Good knowledge of current technological advancements such as robotics, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, etc., or a strong interest in these areas.

Experience with analytics tools (Power BI).
