Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate internal projects and resources, distribute workloads.
- Plan and facilitate various technical meetings, capture meeting minutes.
- Liaise with other departments and project managers to align timelines where applicable and monitor them.
- Follow-up with assigned resources, adjust priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and capture meeting minutes.




- Contribute to the improvement of existing processes.

Assistance to Management

- Prepare documents, reports and presentations.
- Ensure weekly monitoring of time sheets, overtime and vacation scheduling for the employees of the Department.
- Assist with task assignment duties and distribution of workload

Qualifications

Job Expectations And Required Qualities:

- A College degree in information systems or equivalent.
- Advanced mastery of French and English, both oral and written.
- A minimum of 5-year relevant experience in project management or project coordination.
- Experience in software development projects are an key asset.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience in Confluence and Jira are considered assets.
- Certifications in PMP and ITIL are considered assets.
