Role Description The Project Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kelowna, BC, responsible for managing project-related sales opportunities from initial inquiry through completion. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying project leads, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and delivery timelines. The specialist will build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders,



providing expert guidance on electrical products and solutions.

The role also involves monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Regular communication, follow-up, and documentation are essential to achieving sales targets and supporting Nedco’s standards of service excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong Project Sales and Sales skills, with experience managing end-to-end project opportunities.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Effective Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, tracking timelines, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of electrical products or the electrical distribution industry is an asset.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Ability to work on-site in Kelowna, BC, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field.
