CT REIT is seeking a Property Administrator to support the Property Management Team with day-to-day operations, including AR/AP, budgeting, rent roll review, and tenant liaison to ensure smooth operation of retail and commercial properties.
Reporting to the Property Manager, you will review invoices, manage service contracts, assist with monthly budgets and forecasts, and coordinate tenant billings and arrears collections, while delivering robust customer service and organizational skills.
