: Why Onni Capital Most property tax professionals spend a career inside a billable hours model where the incentive is to do the work again rather than to build something that does it once. Real ones, using modern AI development tools, sitting in the same office, whose job is to build what you tell them the market needs. Onni's own portfolio gives you a large, real, and immediately available book of assessments to work on, which means the product gets tested against genuine complexity rather than sample data.

Valorem is one of the businesses Onni Capital intends to grow into a standalone company. Being the domain authority in a software company at this stage is a materially different position than being one of many consultants in a practice. We work in small project groups, test ideas quickly, put early products in front of users, and make decisions based on evidence rather than hierarchy.

Move comfortably between strategic analysis and hands on execution This is not a role for someone who wants months of consensus building, a rigid , or a narrowly defined set of responsibilities. It is for someone who learns quickly, takes initiative, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and wants to help build something from the ground up.
