The Details
- Location: Hamilton, ON
- Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate punch press machines according to specifications.
- Load and unload raw materials (sheet metal).
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure parts meet precision standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with OHSA standards.
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues as they arise.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience operating a punch press or working in a machine shop is an asset.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability: A track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Safety First: A robust commitment to workplace safety and wearing required PPE.
