- Perform inspections to guarantee cleanliness after move-outs
- Address maintenance requests and minor repairs
- Undertake deep cleaning tasks and furniture management
- Assist with snow removal and general lawn care
- Support housing improvement projects alongside management
Requirements:
- Preferred one year in housekeeping or maintenance
- Required valid driver’s license in Alberta
- Solid verbal skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- Capable of working independently
