- Lead and develop a team of 2 to 4 engineers
- Analyze and improve performance metrics and KPIs
- Optimize workforce planning and dock operations
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across teams
- Act as a key partner in operations communication

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields
- 2 to 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in operational or logistics settings is preferred
- Bilingual (French and English) communication skills are advantageous
- Willingness to travel to operational sites
