Bakehouse™ and The Worthy Crumb Pastry Co™ QA Technician is responsible for the quality of the product and packaging that is sold to consumers.

The successful candidate will focus on quality of the production process, maintenance of standard processes to prevent adulteration or contamination of product, testing of product attributes and packaging integrity, regulatory compliance, and facility sanitation. The will also provide direction to hourly and salaried lab technicians and sanitation workers. Provide technical leadership in the areas of food safety and quality systems Accountable for product quality by conducting regular checks as per procedure and educating production personnel on product quality standards (if needed).
