You will provide exceptional customer service to secure sales and meet or exceed gross‑profit targets. You will negotiate with vendors for optimal pricing, delivery, and terms, ensuring high order fill rates and customer satisfaction. You will analyze and manage processes, solve problems, and continually strive for productivity improvements, implementing change and training teammates.

Interpret complex information, including civil plans, to determine customer requirements and offer solutions that maximize profitability and create high levels of customer satisfaction. Create accurate and professional quotation packages from customer specifications/drawings using applicable software.



Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with both vendors and customers; Follow up on outstanding quotations to secure orders and improve process effectiveness.

Investigate customer and vendor problems, resolving pricing shortfalls and material returns in a timely manner. Support the Profit Centre Team as an expert in project and operation specifics. Analyze data and implement strategies to increase sales, improve operating efficiencies, manage assets, and increase ROI and profit sharing with the sales team and Profit Centre Manager.

Review daily sales reports and address issues immediately. Manage the annual physical inventory count, ensuring it is done efficiently and accurately. Resolve all customer, vendor, and carrier complaints and disputes quickly and effectively.

Understand and follow all safety regulations at all customer locations and at the Profit Centre. A minimum of 2 years of wholesale distribution experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Create a positive team environment, training and inspiring teammates.

High energy and robust communication skills to build relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates. Able to interpret performance data to determine efficacy and act for maximum profitability. Capability to learn and operate the applicable software system.
