This full time leadership role demands expertise in driving the North America Potato Value Engineering pipeline and R&D; agenda.
You will collaborate extensively across functions to develop innovative packaging and ingredient solutions while ensuring operational excellence at the site level. This position plays a critical role in aligning practices with cost, quality, and sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the NA VE pipeline
- Drive innovative packaging strategy to meet business needs
- Collaborate with ingredient suppliers to enhance performance
- Manage cross-functional partnerships for prioritized opportunities
- Ensure safe and efficient trial preparations and scale-up
Requirements:
- 7–10 years in food industry R&D; experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related
- Strong understanding of packaging and manufacturing processes
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Multi-disciplinary expertise in packaging and integration
