Location: Hybrid 2x every 2 weeks in Waterloo, ON

Rate: $45-$50/hr

Insight Global is seeking a skilled React and .NET Developer to join a leading client in the insurance industry. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping the organization’s evolving technology landscape. As a member of a dynamic, cross‑functional Agile team, you will:

- Provide technical leadership and contribute to best practices across the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to design, develop, test, launch, and refine cutting-edge solutions.
- Focus on delivering high‑quality, scalable applications that enhance user experience and functionality.
- Stay current with emerging technologies to ensure the team’s technical capabilities remain cutting‑edge.

Day to Day includes the Following:
- Critically evaluate current processes and proactively contribute to, or lead, the implementation of improvement opportunities by incorporating past learnings and leveraging industry best practices.




- Solutions focused approach.
- Advocate for continuous improvement/innovation amongst the team, receptive to, solicit, and apply feedback and learnings on the job.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 3+ years experience with React and C#/.NET
- Strong experience with API development
- Microsoft SQL Server

ICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Financial services industry experience
- DevOps, Jenkins, or Kanban experience
