Our client, a well-established downtown firm with a thriving builder/developer practice, is seeking an Intermediate Real Estate Conveyancer who is ready to step into a file-owning role. We're looking for someone withexperience under their belt and can manage a busy residential conveyancing desk with confidence and minimal supervision. Performing comprehensive title, tax, and corporate searches, and proactively resolving any defects or encumbrances.

Acting as the central hub for communication among buyers, builders, lenders, and real estate agents.

Trust Accounting: Handling trust transactions and ensuring all monetary aspects align with regulatory standards. This role is for a conveyancer who has moved beyond the learning curve and is ready to operate with confidence: Experience: 5–8 years of hands‑on residential conveyancing experience, with direct exposure to builder and developer files.

Know‑How: A thorough grasp of ABconveyancing procedures.

Independence:



The ability to manage your own desk and prioritize competing deadlines without constant supervision—you've done this before.
