We are actively growing our Accounting Team and hiring for a Senior Financial Accountant to join our Green Energy team in office in our Vancouver head office. Prepares financial statements and internal management reports and assists with day-to-day accounting functions for a portfolio of companies and projects Prepare and review journal entries and accounts payable Ensures accuracy of accounting transactions and manages accounts and bank reconciliation processes Compiles year-end audit working papers and liaises with auditors Prepares partnership and corporate tax returns Conducts variance analysis Provides administrative support to the management as required. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in accounting related position CPA Designation Able to multi-task, work well under pressure and meet deadlinesCompetent in the use of Microsoft applications – Excel, Word, Outlook
