Manage all aspects of insurance administration including filing and submitting claims, direct billing, and liaising with insurance companies by phone Manage accounts receivable and monitor production and collection Help with administrative tasks such as checking-in patients, booking appointments, etc.

High School

Diploma or equivalent Proficient in English, both written and verbal Computer proficient; able to learn new software quickly. Ortho2Edge and Curve Hero are used at our clinic Experience in reception or administrative work, preferably in a dental setting Experience as a Dental Financial coordinator is an asset Excellent customer service skills both in person and over the phone Willing to travel between multiple clinic locations within the Edmonton Area Travel incentive for multi-location work Vacation pay #
