- Oversee recruitment processes, including onboarding
- Strengthen employer branding and build talent communities
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or equivalent experience
- Over 8 years in talent acquisition, preferably in tech
- Proficient with ATS and recruiting analytics tools
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
