Your role will involve creating and adjusting course materials, delivering in-class instruction, and assessing student outcomes. You'll work collaboratively with a Job Developer to track the youth’s progress and provide necessary support for their job placements. The position also requires participation in follow-up sessions to enhance client outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and refine instructional materials
- Deliver course-specific classroom training
- Assess and document students’ progress
- Collaborate with Job Developer for youth readiness
- Participate in follow-up wellness sessions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years teaching experience with diverse students
- Knowledge of current labor market standards in Saskatchewan
- Understanding of adult learning methodologies
- Awareness of multicultural values and perspectives
- Robust organizational and positive interpersonal skills
