Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who is passionate about helping clients improve their health and well-being. The successful candidate will deliver individualized treatments while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and clinical care in accordance with provincial regulations.

Responsibilities

- Perform client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic massage treatments within scope of practice




- Maintain accurate and timely SOAP charting in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Educate clients on home care, stretching, posture, and injury prevention
- Adhere to all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment setting
- Collaborate with clinic staff and other healthcare professionals as needed
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with the provincial Massage Therapy regulatory college (e.g., CMTBC, CMTO, NHPC, MTAA, etc.)
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of professionalism, reliability, and ethics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
