Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will deliver professional massage therapy services that enhance our clients’ well-being. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel cared for and rejuvenated.

Duties

- Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual client needs, utilizing techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage
- Assess clients’ health histories and discuss their wellness goals to develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment notes and client progress
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up therapies or referrals when necessary
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment workplace in compliance with health regulations




- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide clear explanations of treatments performed
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain professional client relationships to encourage repeat visits
- Opportunity to make more money per hour by supervising/deligating laser therapy treatment plans.

Requirements

- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing body
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health histories
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining treatments clearly and empathetically
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Certification in CPR and first aid is an asset
