Registered Massage Therapist (Female) — Compensation Negotiable

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated female Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our wellness team. The successful candidate will provide professional massage therapy services tailored to individual client needs, including relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, and sports massage.

This position is ideal for someone who is professional, friendly, attentive, and committed to providing a comfortable and welcoming experience for clients.

Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience, availability, and qualifications.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional massage therapy treatments based on individual client needs
- Conduct client consultations and review relevant health history before treatment
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the treatment process
- Maintain proper sanitation, hygiene, and treatment-room standards
- Accurately document treatment information and client records




- Provide appropriate self-care and follow-up recommendations
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and welcoming environment for all clients

Qualifications

- Female applicant
- Valid registration as a Registered Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body
- Solid understanding of massage therapy, anatomy, and relevant medical terminology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, friendly, reliable, and attentive to client needs
- Clinical or spa experience is an asset but not required
- Training can be provided where appropriate

Compensation Pay is negotiable and will be discussed during the interview based on experience, qualifications, schedule, and other relevant factors.
