Your role will include assessing, implementing, and monitoring care in various clinical settings. As a Registered Nurse, you will assess and develop care plans that address the specific needs of patients, ensuring high-quality health outcomes. Your competencies in wound care management and direct patient education will be crucial in managing wellness for both pediatric and adult populations.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advocate for patients’ rights and support their health through effective plans and education. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct medical care and monitor patient conditions
- Implement individualized care plans based on assessments
- Conduct wound care management and telemetry monitoring
- Teach patients and families about health management
- Work closely with healthcare teams to align patient care Requirements:
- Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Completion of an accredited nursing education program
- Experience providing direct patient care
- Specialized training or certification in pediatric nursing preferred
