- Assist clients in managing mental health and addiction symptoms
- Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with clients
- Conduct comprehensive assessments within the community
- Lead medication administration and monitor treatment outcomes
- Attend team meetings to contribute nursing insights Requirements:
- Current RN registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- 4-5 years' experience in community nursing with addictions patients
- First Aid, C.P.R., and ASIST certification preferred
- Openness to cultural competence training
