The Registered

Nurse A is responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient care in accordance with the vision, mission and philosophy of the Prince Albert Parkland Health Region. As a member of The Nursing Department, The Registered Nurse A has the responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive client centered care.



3 years acute care nursing including 1 year recent Emergency nursing required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Other Education and Training Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) or other trauma assessment course desired Required to complete an Adult Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners training Ability to perform technical emergency nursing duties with skill and competence Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) Scheduled hours of work may be reduced when a statutory holiday is recognized #
