Job Title: Registered Nurse Status: Regular Part Time (Future Opportunities) Surgical Program Shift Pattern: Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends – 8 & 12 Hour Shifts (Subject to Change) Lakeridge Health Oshawa Wage Schedule: $41.150 - $58.980 per hour This posting is intended to build a pool of qualified candidates for future nursing opportunities. Using the nursing process to provide patient care. Participating as a member of the multidisciplinary health care team.

Maintaining nursing records (electronic and manual). Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (in valuable standing). Demonstrated commitment to maintain Reflective Practice Standards as outlined by the College of Nurses of Ontario.

Significant recent experience in the Operating Room and completion of Certified Operating Post Graduate Course. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete assignments in a reasonable time frame. Proven ability to perform appropriately in emergency situations.

Proven ability to lift, turn and transfer patients manually and with mechanical aids.



Proven knowledge of care and maintenance of specialized OR equipment.
