Intelligent Health Group – Kitchener Intelligent Health Group – Kitchener is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. We provide patient-centered care focused on improving mobility, reducing pain, restoring function, and enhancing quality of life. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience treating Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) injuries, WSIB cases, and working with refugees, newcomers, and diverse multicultural communities.

Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical and functional assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Provide physiotherapy interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and appropriate treatment modalities.

Assess and treat patients with MVA-related injuries. Manage WSIB cases and complete required clinical documentation and reports. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.

Provide culturally sensitive and patient-centered care to individuals from diverse backgrounds, including refugees and newcomers. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, treatment notes, and reports. Communicate and collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

and evidence-based physiotherapy care.

Qualifications &

Experience Registered and licensed to practice physiotherapy in Ontario. Previous clinical experience is an asset.

Experience with MVA rehabilitation and motor vehicle accident injuries.

Experience with WSIB cases and workplace injury rehabilitation.

Experience working with refugees, newcomers, immigrants, and multicultural communities.

Experience with musculoskeletal/orthopedic rehabilitation is a strong asset. Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
