Key Responsibilities

- Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough clinical evaluations, taking into account medical history, functional status, and individual patient goals.
- Targeted Care Plans: Develop and execute evidence-based, tailored treatment programs using manual therapy, active rehabilitation, and appropriate therapeutic modalities (e.g., shockwave, acupuncture, laser).
- Patient Education: Empower patients and their families with clear home exercise programs (via digital exercise platforms), injury prevention strategies, and self-management tools.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside our chiropractors, massage therapists, and administrative team to coordinate care and ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant chart notes, treatment plans, and outcome measures (NDI, ODI, QuickDASH, LEFS, etc.) in our EMR system.
- Progress Tracking:



Continually reassess patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support optimal recovery.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Good standing and valid registration as a Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
- Strong skills in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient communication.
- Experience or strong comfort in handling diverse caseloads (orthopedic, sports injuries, MVA/OCF claims, and chronic pain).
- Ability to educate and guide patients through custom exercise programs, including comfort using clinical home-exercise apps.
- Strong time-management skills with a patient-first, compassionate approach to clinical care.
- Experience with acute care, hospital settings, or pediatric populations is considered an asset.
