Company Description Zero Gravity Physiotherapy is committed to delivering evidence-based, up-to-date health information and individualized care to every patient. The clinic specializes in hands-on, manual physiotherapy, with a strong focus on spinal manipulation, Active Release Therapy, Graston Technique, and acupuncture.

In addition, the team collaborates closely with consulting orthopedic surgeons to provide immediate orthopedic surgery referrals when appropriate, supporting comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Registered Physiotherapist role based in Welland, ON. The physiotherapist will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver manual therapy interventions including spinal manipulation, soft tissue techniques, and therapeutic exercise.
Daily responsibilities include documenting clinical findings, monitoring progress, educating patients on injury prevention and self-management, and coordinating care with other health professionals as needed. The role also involves maintaining a safe treatment workplace, contributing to clinic quality standards, and supporting the integration of evidence-based practices into patient care.
Qualifications
- Current registration and good standing with the provincial physiotherapy regulatory body (e.g., College of Physiotherapists of Ontario) and eligibility to practice in Ontario.
- Demonstrated skills in manual therapy and musculoskeletal care, including spinal assessment and treatment, soft tissue techniques, and therapeutic exercise prescription.
- Experience or training in specialized techniques such as spinal manipulation, Active Release Therapy, Graston Technique, and acupuncture is an asset.
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills, including history taking, physical examination, and development of evidence-based treatment plans.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, educate patients, and collaborate with colleagues and consulting orthopedic surgeons.
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation, manage time efficiently in a busy clinic environment, and uphold professional and ethical standards.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, openness to learning new techniques, and interest in evidence-based practice.
- Previous outpatient orthopedic or sports physiotherapy experience preferred; new graduates with robust manual therapy interest are also encouraged to apply.
Highest pay scale in Niagara. Only serious applicants please.
