About Us

Parks Gate Animal Clinic is a privately owned, agile small animal practice nestled in the scenic community of Hinton. We currently operate Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, giving our team predictable, manageable hours.

We are in an exciting phase of growth! To better serve our community, we are expanding our services to include equine ambulatory care, with plans to construct a dedicated large animal handling facility in the near future. As our team grows—including welcoming a full-time associate veterinarian this fall—we aim to expand into Saturday hours and eventually offer select out-of-hours coverage.

As owners based out of Grande Prairie, Parks Gate is our pride and joy. We are deeply invested in our staff, our clinic equipment, and our workplace culture. We value collaborative input, support individual career goals, and genuinely prioritize work-life balance.
