Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities within target markets Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to deal closure and handoff Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, operations, and commercial teams to develop winning solutions Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting,



and reporting Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to execution Long sales cycles with multi-stakeholder decision-making Structured qualification and pipeline management expectations Significant travel required (approximately 50%+) Net-new revenue generation Pipeline quality and conversion rates Forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline Proven experience in new business development within complex, solution-based sales environments Track record of managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals Strong ability to engage both technical and commercial audiences Experience in regulated, industrial, manufacturing, or enterprise environments is preferred AI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
