Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Waterloo for a fully remote, hourly contract to help shape how AI understands and generates software. You will build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code and train AI systems to think like real developers.

Responsibilities include writing, debugging, and optimizing code across languages; reviewing AI outputs for correctness, efficiency, and readability; and designing prompts to stress-test AI capabilities. Adaptable, remote, 10–40 hours/week.
