We’re seeking someone to join our Ultra-Low-Latency and Exchange Connectivity (ULE) team as a C++ Developer in ALGO to drive and deliver software and functional innovations to maintain industry leadership and competitive advantage in the electronic trading space.In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Software Engineering III position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs.Since 1935, Morgan Stanley is known as a global leader in financial services, always evolving and innovating to better serve our clients and our communities in more than 40 countries around the world.Design, develop, and maintain C++ applications in a Linux environment.Participate in code design sessions and code reviews to drive high-quality, maintainable software solutions.Develop, execute, and support testing activities to ensure software reliability, performance, and stability.Collaborate closely with team members to solve complex technical challenges and deliver business-critical functionality.Apply sound engineering judgment to make independent technical decisions and resolve issues effectively.Leverage modern AI tools to improve productivity, development workflows,
