Role Description The Remote Customer Support Specialist is a part-time role responsible for assisting clients and attendees with inquiries before, during, and after events. On a day-to-day basis, this role responds to emails, chats, and calls, provides technical support for event platforms or registration systems, and resolves issues in a timely and professional manner. The specialist documents common questions, updates FAQs, and collaborates with the event coordination team to ensure a consistent, high-quality support experience.
This role also gathers feedback to help improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction. The position is fully remote, requiring reliable internet access and the ability to work flexible hours aligned with event schedules.
