Sophos seeks a Vice President, Total Rewards to lead the global strategy, design, and delivery of its total rewards programs. You will leverage data, responsible AI, and automation to improve decisions, the employee experience, and scale operations.

You will own and evolve the global total rewards strategy, oversee executive compensation reviews, and guide equity programs to align with the broader compensation framework while shaping health and retirement perks for a global workforce.
