We are looking for a leader who balances high-quality technical delivery with a human-centered approach to coaching and team dynamics. As a Scrum Master, you will lead Product, Platform, and Project teams to deliver high-quality solutions while maximizing productivity.

Your mission is to remove impediments and ensure Agile methodologies are followed to achieve relentless improvement and high-performing team dynamics. Leadership & Coaching (30%): Guide the organization on Scrum, Kanban, and Agile practices. Work Support & Delivery (30%): Support Product Owners in prioritization and release timing. Collaboration & Shielding (15%): Foster cross-training and mutual support within the squad.

Strategic Problem

Solving (15%): Navigate the squad through technical and business roadblocks.



Metrics & Reporting (10%): Maintain visual management tools (Kanban boards, OKRs) and track key performance metrics to ensure alignment across all squads.

College

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or working in a dedicated Agile setting.

Experience within the Financial Services industry is considered a strong asset.

Technical Skills: Background in software development, business systems analysis, or project management.

Certified Scrum

Master (CSM) designation is required (or must be obtained within 12 months of hire). Primarily remote/virtual work with a requirement to attend face-to-face meetings and team events in-office (Southwestern Ontario) as needed (approx. % Travel: Occasional overnight travel (up to six times per year).
