We’ve raised $42M in equity from Acrew, FirstMark, Mayfield, and Two Sigma Ventures. We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to ensure brands onboard seamlessly to Highbeam — whether they’re new to the platform or expanding into additional products. You’ll sit between customers and internal teams, combining technical curiosity, operational rigor, and a strong customer mindset to guide setup, integrations, and adoption.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to solve problems in real time, streamline implementations, and create scalable processes that enhance the onboarding experience. Lead onboarding for new and existing customers, ensuring a smooth, confident experience from setup through adoption Guide customers through integrations across banking, capital, cards, bill pay,
