Experienced Residential Carpenter / Renovation Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-sufficient carpenter/renovation specialist capable of managing residential projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Core Responsibilities:

- Construct fences from start to finish, including site preparation, post-hole digging, concrete setting, and assembly.
- Build decks from start to finish.
- Build sheds from start to finish.
- Complete full bathroom renovations.
- Complete full kitchen renovations.
- Install doors, windows, tiles and flooring.

Requirements:

- Proven, hands-on experience in all of the above areas.
- Ability to work independently without supervision — this is essential. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a job from start to finish without needing constant oversight.
- Strong customer service skills and qualified communication with clients.




- Responsibility for all tools, materials, and supplies provided.
- Reliable, consistent work quality and attention to detail.
- Valid Drivers’ License and Own Vehicle

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 60.0 per week
