Requirement

Gathering and Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements. Provide in-depth knowledge of insurance processes, including underwriting, claims processing, policy administration, and compliance.

Work with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet business requirements. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Process Improvement

Conduct gap analysis and propose innovative solutions. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and test cases. Prepare and present reports,



dashboards, and analysis to stakeholders.

Testing and Quality Assurance Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategies and validate solutions. Participate in UAT and ensure that solutions meet business expectations. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

MBA or equivalent (preferred). 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in the insurance domain. ~ Proven track record in working with life, health, property, or casualty insurance systems.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel. Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI).

Certified Business Analyst
