Bridge

Builder, Not Middleman : You'll sit between business and technical teams and make both sides better for it. Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and client feedback to identify opportunities for software enhancements. Utilize AI-powered tools to optimize workflows, evaluate data patterns, and drive predictive analytics to improve business processes.

Collaborate with clients, product managers, and development teams to gather, document, and refine business requirements.



Work alongside Agile development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions that align with business objectives. Evaluate existing processes and recommend intelligent automation solutions that enhance system performance and user experience.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet defined business and functional requirements. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication across the development lifecycle. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance software industry, with expertise in broker management systems and Insurtech.

Knowledge of Canadian insurance trends in habitation and auto lines. Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Familiarity with AI tools and automation strategies, with the ability to apply data-driven insights to process improvement.
