Role Overview

Enabled Talent is seeking a Research and White Paper Intern to support research initiatives focused on workforce development, labour market trends, recruitment challenges, accessibility, and economic growth.

This role involves conducting structured research, analyzing data and reports, and contributing to the development of white papers, policy briefs, and strategic insights that support decision making across employment and accessibility ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research on workforce development, labour market trends, and future of work topics
- Analyze recruitment challenges and labour shortages across sectors
- Research accessibility barriers and inclusive employment practices
- Review government publications, academic studies, and industry reports
- Summarize data and extract key insights to support decision making
- Assist in writing white papers, research reports, and policy briefs
- Support development of strategic insights for programs and partnerships




- Identify emerging trends in employment, accessibility, and economic growth
- Present research findings in clear and structured formats
- Collaborate with internal teams on research projects and documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Solid research and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written communication and report writing ability
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into insights
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Interest in workforce development, accessibility, public policy, economics, or social impact
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Eligibility Requirements

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Candidates must be Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents
- Must be based in or around Sudbury Ontario Canada
