Strategically plan and oversee the allocation of Client Service Staff (CSS) toensure;alignment with firm’s strategic priorities, achievement of business metrics, and resolving unassigned clients and reallocations for new CSS joiners/leavers Utilize continuous planning and scheduling to meet firmutilizationtargets, with a primary focus on staffleverageand peak season metrics Solid understanding of Resource Management, including forecasting, strategic planning, and how these elements connect to overarching business strategy. Proficiencyin data analysis and storytelling through data; Ability to manage ambiguity and complex projects, think strategically, anddemonstrateagility under tight deadlines.
