The Operations Supervisor reports to the General Manager at the Toronto Premium Outlet and oversees back-of-house store operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining stockroom organization, managing shipping and receiving, supporting inventory processes and assisting the sales team as needed. The role sets operational standards and ensures accurate stock movement and customer shipments. Communicate stock level and product quality issues to management to prevent shrink.

Perform shipping, receiving, consolidations, transfers and customer shipments to company standards. Assist with physical inventory, resolve discrepancies and process cycle count adjustments. Process damages and manage repairs for stock and COG items.

Prepare corporate finance packs and monitor store supply levels, communicating ordering needs. Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail back-of-house environment; Solid communication skills and ability to build partnerships with associates and corporate partners. Proficiency with retail POS systems and Microsoft Word and Excel;
