You will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring McDonald’s standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety are consistently met. Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of Crew Members, fostering teamwork, accountability, and pride in performance Ensuring food safety, workplace safety, and cleanliness standards are followed at all times Managing shift operations, including staffing, inventory, cash handling,



and resolving guest concerns professionally and efficiently Maintaining McDonald’s renowned cleanliness and sanitation practices throughout the restaurant Leading by example, modeling McDonald’s values, policies, and operational standards Supporting local initiatives and community events that strengthen our connection with the communities we serve Previous experience in food service or retail—such as a barista, server, cashier, sales associate, team leader, or supervisor is helpful, but who you are matters most.
