Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a deep understanding of restaurant management. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards of food safety, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and guests.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies.
- Implement training programs for staff on customer service, food safety, and kitchen procedures.
- Utilize POS systems effectively to manage transactions and track sales.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that meet customer preferences while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.





Requirements

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for managing orders and payments.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
