As a Restoration Technician (internally known as Restoration Technician I), you'll be part of the front-line team that helps people recover after unexpected damage. You'll learn the essentials of water and fire restoration, gain hands‑on experience with industry tools, and work alongside experienced teammates who will help you build your skills every day. You'll set up drying and restoration equipment, remove damaged materials, and prepare work areas for the next stage of repair.

You'll assist with water extraction, demolition, and cleanup while learning to follow industry standards and safety protocols. Your initiative and reliability keep every project moving smoothly and every client feeling supported. 6 months of experience in restoration, construction, or a related field (cleaning or emergency services experience an asset) ~ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new techniques and equipment ~ Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite ~ Effective communication skills with coworkers, supervisors, and customers ~ Fit test and other safety certifications ~ Water Remediation Technician (WRT) certification an asset ~ Forklift certification is an asset ~ Includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule ~ Ability to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gear You'll help communities rebuild and families recover after unexpected events.
