Become a Restorative Practices Facilitator with SLCS, focusing on preventing gun violence in London’s schools by engaging youths and communities. As part of a crucial project funded by the Building Safer Communities Fund, you will implement restorative approaches in educational settings, helping youth navigate conflicts productively. This full time role entails collaborating with various stakeholders, including students, parents, and staff, to enhance support systems against gang violence.
Regular travel throughout London will be a part of your responsibilities. Train school staff in restorative practices and community involvement
- Liaise with community partners for enhanced support services
- Collect data for program assessment and improvement Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years working with youth in relevant fields
