The Role

We are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Associate to join our team at The Shops at Morgan Crossing in South Surrey. In this full time role, you will be guiding customers through their purchasing journey, supporting daily store operations, and helping create a welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back.

What You Will Do

- Greet and engage customers, building genuine rapport and understanding their needs
- Guide customers through furniture and décor selections to find the perfect fit for their home




- Drive sales and meet personal and store targets through outstanding service
- Support the opening, closing, and day-to-day operations of the store
- Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the showroom floor
- Assist with stock, merchandising, and product displays
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience

What You Bring

- 3–4 years of retail sales and customer service experience (furniture or home décor an asset)
- A natural ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships
- A polished, professional presentation and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the sales floor
- A genuine interest in furniture, interior design, or home décor
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs as required

Compensation $19.00/hour base wage + commission on sales
